Capital Area HIE covers the tri-county area around Lansing, including Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties. It is coordinated by Capital Area Health Alliance (CAHA). They received one of two implementation grants from the state in June 2007 and are currently building the HIE infrastructure for the area.
