West Michigan HIE covers western part of the lower peninsula, including Barry, Ionia, Kent, Lake, Mason, Mecosta, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola and Ottawa counties. It is coordinated by Alliance For Health. They received one of five planning grants from the state in June 2007.
